The PURPOSE
The successful completion of a Capital Campaign undertaken by TAB to secure headquarters and expand existing programs.
Started in 1993, TAB is one of America’s longest-running benefit fashion shows set in one of the most majestic towns on earth. Through the years, TAB fashion shows have been always best described by one unchanging word: inspiring. TAB showcases events at Fashion Week to fight, fund and educate about HIV and health equity issues that matter. Along with an exceptional Gala Fashion Show, TAB goes beyond the fashion show medium by bringing together world-class educators and health professionals, change makers and visionary artists for a multi-dimensional celebration of the power of the community to support communities in need.

Our Opportunity
TAB is bursting at the seams as we reach and impact record audience attendance and unprecedented student interest. Sell-out student and adult fashion shows and record-breaking fundraising successes allow TAB to create meaningful partnerships with its frontline organizations and increase TAB student programming. TAB needs a larger space and a permanent home to ensure it controls its future.
With a finite lease and years of exploring real estate options in an extremely challenging market, TAB is ready to put down roots in the community it has called home for over 30 years.

We’ve identified an exciting real estate opportunity that fits with TAB’s long established culture and will allow for stability, growth, expanded reach, streamlined event operations and create an optimal work environment.
With more space, we will have an opportunity to persist in growing frontline partnerships, ongoing local youth education and testing, and inspire more students and support greater communities in need locally and across Colorado. Even more, we’ll be able to fund more aspiring change makers in the world of public health, HIV prevention, education and health equity. Look what we’re accomplishing in our current tiny office space. Imagine what we can do with more!
The location at 126 West Colorado Ave Suite 207 in Telluride, Colorado is a 730 square feet office in the Heritage Building in the heart of Telluride, right in the historic arts corridor facing AhHaa School for the Arts, Telluride Arts, Transfer Warehouse, Mountainfilm and the Telluride Wilkinson Library. This building fits TAB’s current size and also offers room for growth. It would require modest modifications to convert it to a high functioning office, public and private meeting space.
